Outstanding! This small little walk-in spot near UofL does Hibachi right!
Today was the first, of what will now become regular visits here. Four of us stopped in here and grabbed a takeaway lunch of three Chicken Teriyakis, one with noodles and two with rice, a Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi, a Yum-Yum Roll, a Spicy Salmon Roll and Goyzu.
We were all amazed, satisfied with good food and plenty of it - even enough for leftovers lunch tomorrow. There may be better hibachi style meals in Louisville but I haven't seen one yet and if I do they better bring their best stuff to compete with this little gem! -

I love this place! I usually get the chicken hibachi and for about $8, you definitely get your moneys worth in quality and quantity. They also have great boba tea, better than most places across the river in Indiana. I make the drive across the bridge often for it and the food.
The service is always great as well. The staff is friendly and efficient. I always receive my order in a timely manner for both dine in and carry out.
If you're ever in the area, its definitely a winner. -

I love Mt Fuji. It's a dive, but I like a good dive. You order at the counter, i always grab a paper menu from the counter while in line. Then they will call the number on your receipt and bring the food to your table. Hibachi meals come with fried rice, steamed rice, or noodles.
There's street parking or a lot across the street between the bank and old bookstore. Walk over to Insomnia for a cookie after! -

I've literally never gotten a bad meal here. Location & parking sucks (college campus haha) but it's worth it. Wait times vary, but their line always moves quickly. Their rice is delicious & always well cooked. I usually get the steak & rice, but have had the chicken & rice too. I recommend it all.

Went here whenever I'm craving for some asian food while I'm at UofL Campus. I only went here because it was convenient but I wasn't very satisfied with the food. Their sushi were tiny and not very fulfilling at all, but I thought their hibachi plates were pretty reasonable. Not a big fan of their boba either.
